摘要
以太仓市沙溪镇为例,采用一维河网非恒定流模型对江苏沿江半高地区域除涝方法进行探讨,研究结果表明:对于汛期外受长江高潮位顶托、内受20年一遇降雨影响的沿江半高地区域,在考虑沿江水闸的控制运用条件情况下,可采取高潮蓄水、低潮排涝,确定规划区域建设用地和道路高程方案,满足除涝要求。
Taking Shaxi Town of Taicang City as an example, examinations are conducted on using one-dimensional river network unsteady flow model for waterlogging control in half-high areas along the river in Jiangsu Province. The result shows that waterlogging control can be realized by storing water in high tide and discharging in low tide, considering backwater effect of flood during high tide and half-high areas where are under the influence of once-in-20 years precipitation. Other measures include defining construction land and road elevation, with consideration of operation condition of water gates along the Yangtze River.
