中西医结合治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:180例随机分为观察组100例和对照组80例。两组用丹参、更昔洛韦钠联合静脉点滴治疗,配合B族维生素口服,外用依沙吖啶溶液湿敷,辅以放血拔罐、红光理疗。观察组加用丹参静脉点滴治疗。结果:两组皮疹均干燥结痂,神经痛VAS评分比较观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹止痛迅速彻底、带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率低,效果显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treating herpes zoster. Method：180 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 100 cases were treated with Salvia Injection combined with Ganciclovir Sodium by intravenous drip as the observation group while 80 cases were treated with Ganciclovir Sodium by intravenous drip only as the control group. Both groups were treated with oral Vitamin B1 tablets, Ethacridine solution wet packing, blood letting puncture and cupping, infrared light therapy. Result： The skin rash of both groups achieved dryness and scab. The improvement of VAS score of neuralgia of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has significant effect in treating herpes zoster patients, which could act more quickly and thoroughly in relieving pain, with low incidence of PHN.
