复方苦参注射液联合美斯康定治疗中重度癌性疼痛临床观察

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合美斯康定治疗重度癌性疼痛的临床效果及消化道不良反应。方法:60例随机分为研究组30例和对照组30例。常规采用即释吗啡片进行剂量滴定,两组均用硫酸吗啡缓释片(美斯康定)止痛,研究组联用复方苦参注射液。采用数字评分法评估治疗前后疼痛控制情况,Karnofsky评分法评估治疗前后的生活质量,并评估治疗前后消化道不良反应情况。结果:两组疼痛控制达到理想效果,但试验组服用美斯康定剂量更低(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组生活质量评分改善较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。消化道不良反应试验组恶心、呕吐、便秘均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合复方苦参注射液可以减少美斯康定止痛剂量,使不良反应减少。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Compound Matrine Injection combined with MS contin on malignant cancer pain and the gastrointestinal side effect. Method： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases the control group. Based on the conventional treatment of the dosage titration of immediate- release morphine tablets, both groups were treated by sustained-release morphine （MS contin） to relieve pain and the study group were treated with Compound Matrine Injection additionally. The pain scores and Karn of sky scores were evaluated and compared before and after treatment in each group and were compared between two groups to evaluate the pain control condition, the life quality and the gastrointestinal side effect before and after treatment. Result： The pain control of both groups attached ideal effect, but the study group took less dosage of MS contin （P〈0.05） .The improvement of the life quality score of the study group was significantly superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The gastrointestinal side effect, such as nausea, vomiting and constipation of the study group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Compound Matrine Injection could decrease the dosage of MS contin, with less side effect.
