旋提指压治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

观察旋提指压治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,观察组采用旋提扳压法治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引、电针和推拿治疗,治疗2周观察疗效。结果:颈椎功能评分、颈椎症状评分观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:旋提指压治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效快,安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of the rotation-traction and finger-pressing method on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method： 80 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the observation group （ dO cases ） and the control group （ dO cases ） .The observation group were treated with the rotation-traction and finger-pressing method while the control group were treated with the cervical vertebra traction, electric acupuncture and traditional massage therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed after two weeks treatment. Result： The cervical function score and cervical symptom score of the observation group was both significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The treatment of the rotation-traction and finger-pressing method has rapid effect on cervical spondylotic radiculonpathy, safe and reliable, with low relapse rate and less cost, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
