摘要
抑郁症不仅具有很高的患病率,由于各种因素的交互作用其复发率也非常高,因此很多抑郁症患者需要长期服用抗抑郁药物。然而,近年人们发现,抗抑郁药的长期使用也会带来一些可能的风险性。本文对抗抑郁药物长期治疗增加新发心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、乳腺癌及导致新生儿持续性肺动脉高压发生的风险性做一综述。
Depression not only has a high prevalence rate, due to the interaction of various factors the recurrence rate of depression is also very high. Therefore many depression patients need a long-term treatment. In recent years, it has been found that long-term use of antidepressants may also bring some possible risks. This article reviewed the potential risk of long- term treatment with antidepressant drugs, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mammary cancer and persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn.
