矿井巷道风流平均风速分布规律的试验与模拟研究 被引量:32

摘要 为探究巷道断面平均风速分布规律,准确测定风速大小,利用激光多普勒测速仪(LDA)进行测试试验,并通过Fluent数值模拟方法研究矩形、半圆拱和梯形巷道断面的风速分布特征。试验表明,风流质点速度呈湍流随机脉动特性,但服从正态分布。就瞬时风速而言,巷道断面平均风速分布环状曲线为不规则波浪形式;Fluent模拟表明,巷道风流充分发展的断面上的平均风速分布与通风风速大小无关,仅与巷道断面形状有关。基于统计平均的试验结果与Fluent数值模拟结果吻合较好,进一步说明,可以在巷道断面平均风速分布点位布置测点,考虑风流脉动影响,将该测点风流各态遍历周期内的速度统计均值作为巷道断面平均风速,无需系数校正。 In order to explore distribution of the average wind speed over the roadway section and measure accurately the wind speed,experiments were performed with the Laser Doppler Anemometer(LDA) technology and numerical simulations were carried out with the Fluent simulation method. The experiments show that the particle velocity of airflow is characterized by random fluctuation of turbulence, but it follows Gaussian distribution, and that the circular curve of distribution of the average wind speed just presents an irregular wave form for the instantaneous wind speed.The Fluent simulations show the average wind speed of the roadway section is independent of theventilation speed size, only related to the roadway section shape for sections where the airfiow is developed fully.The experimental results based on statistical average processing agree well with the results of the simulations, which means that one of average wind speed distribution points can be taken as the measuring point, and that the statistical average wind speed of the measuring point can be used as the average wind speed of the roadway section without correction coefficient in each state traversal cycle.
