摘要
为揭示我国游客赴泰旅游安全事故的时空分布及其关联机制,基于2013—2014年563起我国旅行社责任险中赴泰游客出险案例,运用列联表卡方检验方法检定旅游安全事故类型与时空因素之间的独立性和关联性。结果表明:我国游客赴泰旅游安全事故的类型分布与季节、时段和旅游要素空间有显著的相关性,不同类型的安全事故在不同的时间和空间分布上具有显著的差异性。从事故的分布比率看,旅游安全事故具有高发时间和空间上的集聚性。应根据实际的时空因素采取有针对性的风险管控措施,预防和减少赴泰旅游安全事故的发生。
The paper was aimed at revealing temporal and spatial distribution of travel accidents in recent years for Chinese tourists in Thailand. 563 travel accidents Chinese tourists encountered in the period of 2013-2014 in Thailand were analyzed by using the crosstables chi-square test method. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the type of travel accident and the seasons, time section, or tourist place, that there is a significant difference between types of travel accidents in temporal and spatial distribution, that travel accidents have characteristics of centrality in high-occurrence time and high-occurrence space, and that measures should be taken according to the actual spatial and temporal factors to prevent and reduce travel accidents.
