土壤过氧化氢酶对不同林分覆盖的响应 被引量:33

Research on the Response of Soil Catalase to Different Forest Stand Covers

摘要 为了探讨不同植被覆盖下土壤过氧化氢酶的活性变化,本研究在浙江安吉选择山地典型森林类型设立样地,分析了板栗林和毛竹林覆盖下的土壤化学性质及土壤过氧化氢酶活性变化等,揭示了土壤过氧化氢酶对两种林分覆盖的响应机制,并通过变量间相关分析及通径分析探讨了影响土壤过氧化氢酶活性的主要因素。结果表明:毛竹林土壤过氧化氢酶活性高于板栗林,同时土壤过氧化氢酶活性基本呈现为随土层加深而逐渐减小。土层深度和林地坡度是影响过氧化氢酶活性的重要因素。根据通径分析结果,土壤p H、有机质含量直接影响过氧化氢酶活性的变化;土壤全氮、水解性氮及速效钾的含量间接影响着过氧化氢酶的活性。决定系数表明,对过氧化氢酶活性起主导作用的因子是土壤p H和有机质,全氮和水解性氮含量为其次要因子。 In order to investigate the activities of soil catalase under different forest stand covers, this study selected the typical type of mountain forest as sampled plot in Anji, analyzed the changes in soil chemical properties and soil catalase activities under the chestnut forest and bamboo forest, revealed the response mechanism of soil catalase to two kinds of forest stand covers. And correlation analysis and path analysis among variables were conducted to explore the main factors that affected the activities of soil catalase. The results showed that soil catalase activities were higher under bamboo forest than under chestnut forest. Soil catalase activities gradually decreased with soil depth. Forest soil depth and slope were the important factors that affected soil catalase activities. According to the results of path analysis, soil p H and organic matter content directly affected the change in soil catalase activities. Soil total nitrogen,available nitrogen and available potassium indirectly affected the activities of soil catalase. The determinative coefficient showed that soil p H and organic matter played the dominant roles in soil catalase activities, and soil total nitrogen and available nitrogen were secondary factors.
