摘要
目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)膜片与胶原膜构建的"三明治"样结构植入体内后牙周膜的再生情况。方法制备BMSCs细胞膜片,与胶原膜构建夹层结构复合于牙根表面,植入原位生长,分别于4w和12w取材,利用X片、HE和天狼星红染色观察牙周膜的再生情况。结果相比单纯胶原膜组和空白对照组,实验组在牙根与牙槽骨间形成了清晰的软组织间隙,且有类Sharpey’s纤维存在,即形成了功能性牙周膜。结论细胞膜片-胶原膜-细胞膜片的"三明治"样夹层结构可以较好地促进牙周膜再生。
Objective To probe the periodontal ligament regeneration effect of implantation of bone marrow mesenchymal cells (BMSCs) sheet -collagen membrane-BMSCs sheet sandwich complex. Methods BMSCs cell sheet-collagen membrane- BMSCs sheet complexes were compounded on the root surface. All dogs were killed on 4 weeks and 12 weeks after implantation. The periodontal ligament regeneration were observed in radiological means ,HE staining and Sims-red staining. ~ts Compared with collagen membrane group and blank control group,there was a clearly periodontal ligament like tissue and Sharpey's like fibres formation only in test group. Con^ltu^tion Cell sheet-collagen membrane-cell sheet sandwich complex can preferably improve the periodontal ligament regeneration.
