气道异物取出术后低氧血症一例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿,女,15个月,11kg。因＂进食时不慎呛入白木耳4d＂入院。体格检查发现患儿呼吸稍急促,RR 35次/分,左侧呼吸音较对侧低,未及明显啰音及哮鸣音。患儿术前胸部透视检查示＂左肺透亮度稍高,呼气时纵隔轻度向右摆动,左支气管异物可能＂,术前ECG及血常规检查未见明显异常,已行禁食禁饮,拟在全麻下行硬支气管镜检查及异物取出术。患儿入室后立即予以七氟醚吸入诱导,常规监测ECG、
