摘要
目的总结超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘在梗阻性肾积水患者的应用效果。方法中、重度梗阻性肾积水患者30例;其中,结石性梗阻14例,肿瘤性梗阻10例,继发性腹膜后纤维化3例,输尿管切开取石术后瘢痕狭窄梗阻1例,结核性狭窄梗阻1例,炎性输尿管狭窄梗阻1例。先行超声引导经皮肾穿刺造瘘引流,待感染控制、肾功能改善和机体状况好转后实施进一步治疗方案。结果 30例患者共穿刺32个肾脏,均全部一次性成功,无严重并发症。结论对中、重度梗阻性肾积水患者实施超声引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术安全、有效,能为后续诊断及治疗创造条件。
Objective To summarize the application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy in the patients with obstructive hydronephrosis.Methods The ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in 30 patients with moderate to severe obstructive hydronephrosis.The causes of obstruction were stones in 14 cases,tumors in 10 cases,secondary retroperitoneal fibrosis in 3cases,scar stenosis after incision of ureter in 1case,tuberculous stenosis in1 case and inflammatory stenosis in 1case.Results The percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in32 kidneys of 30 patients successfully without serious complications.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy is safe and effective and can provide favourable conditions for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
