贵州省瓮安县2015年孕妇麻疹、风疹和流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平监测分析

Antibody Levels against Measles,Rubella and Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis among Pregnant Women in Weng'an County of Guizhou Province,2015

目的了解孕妇麻疹、风疹、流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)免疫水平,探讨成人及<8月龄儿童上述疾病的发病原因,为制定疫苗针对性传染病防制策略提供依据。方法收集368份瓮安县孕妇血清标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测麻疹、风疹、流脑IgG抗体。结果在368份孕妇血清标本中,麻疹、风疹、A群流脑和C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率分别为82.88%、89.4%、92.12%和23.10%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为535.67 m IU/ml,51.19 IU/ml,5.56μg/ml和1.07μg/ml。结论瓮安县孕妇麻疹和风疹IgG抗体水平稍低,建议育龄妇女孕前接种含麻疹和风疹成分疫苗以有效控制小月龄儿童麻疹、风疹发病,预防先天性风疹综合征(CRS);孕妇对C群流脑的免疫力差,可能会出现C群流脑感染,建议育龄妇女孕前接种C群脑膜炎球菌疫苗,减少其感染风险。

Objective To determine immunity against measles,rubella and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（ ECM） among pregnant women;to describe reasons for morbidity among adults and children less than 8 months;and to develop vaccine preventable disease prevention and control strategies.Methods In total,368 serum samples were collected from pregnant women in Weng＇an.IgG antibody levels against measles,rubella and ECM were tested by ELISA.Results Among the 368 serum samples,the IgG antibody positivity rates against measles,rubella,group A ECM and group C ECM were 82.88%,89.4%,92.12% and 23.10% respectively;the geometric mean concentrations（ GMC） were 535.67 m IU/ml,51.19 IU/ml,5.56 μg/ml and 1.07 μg/ml,respectively.Conclusions IgG antibody levels against measles,rubella and group C ECM among pregnant women in Weng＇an were low.We suggest that nonpregnant childbearing-age women should be immunized with measles and rubella containing vaccines and group C meningococcal vaccine to control measles and rubella morbidity in young children,prevent congenital rubella syndrome（ CRS）,and reduce the risk of ECM infection in pregnant women.
