多孔材料成型及其在环境方面的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了近年来多孔材料的成型工艺研究进展及其在环境领域中的应用。常见的多孔材料成型工艺有干压成型、等静压成型、注浆成型、凝胶注模成型等成型方法,指出了这些成型方法的优势及存在的问题,多孔成型材料具有多孔性、高比表面积、高吸附容量且成本低、再生性好,因此在环境净化领域显示出广阔的应用前景。 The progress on the molding technique of porous materials in recent years and its application in the field of environment were reviewed.Porous material molding process were dry press molding,isostatic pressing molding,grouting molding,injection molding,gelcasting and other molding processes.the advantages of molding methods and the existing problems were pointed out.The porous molding material had high porosity,high specific surface area and adsorption capacity and low cost,good reproducibility,thus showed a broad application prospect in the field of environmental purification.
