摘要 有机太阳能电池具有柔性好、价格廉、重量轻等特点,已成为光伏技术领域研究的热点之一。从电极材料、器件结构、溶剂、缓冲层选择等方面介绍了有机太阳能电池的研究现状及发展,并展望了有机太阳能电池的发展前景。 Organic solar cell becomes one of the hot spots in PV research field due to its flexibility,light weight and low price etc.The basic electrode material,cell structure,buffer layer and solvent were reviewed.The future prospect and development trend of organicsolar cell device were discussed.
