石墨烯-聚苯胺复合材料的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用优化的Hummer法将石墨粉氧化成氧化石墨,再将氧化石墨与苯胺单体聚合直接得到石墨烯-聚苯胺复合材料。分别通过水合肼和微波加热法还原氧化石墨得到石墨烯,以不同方法得到的石墨烯与苯胺单体聚合制成石墨烯-聚苯胺复合材料。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行结构表征。结果表明:不同方法所制得复合材料一致,而氧化石墨直接聚合所得产物含量最高;石墨烯-聚苯胺复合材料是由大量片层结构单元堆叠而成,整体呈现平整的片状结构,氧化石墨均匀吸附苯胺并发生复合使其表面有一定量的不规则颗粒。 Graphite powder was oxidated into graphite oxide by using the optimizing Hummer,and graphene-polyaniline composites can be obtained directly with the polymerization of graphite oxide and aniline monomer.Chemical reduction of graphite oxide respectively by the two methods of hydrazine hydrate and microwave heating to get graphene.Using graphene obtained in different ways which were polymerized with aniline monomer to synthesize the graphene-polyaniline composite materials.The structure of products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
