摘要
将羧基化的碳纳米管(CNT)接枝烯丙基,利用接枝烯丙基后的碳纳米管(ACNT)与不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)共混,制备出ACNT质量分数不同的ACNT/UPR复合材料。研究了复合材料的电学和力学性能,结果表明ACNT能够提高UPR的击穿场强、体积电阻率、耐电弧性、抗拉强、弯曲强度和降低UPR的耗散因数。
Carboxylic carbon nanotubes(CNT)was graftedused allyl,the carbon nanotubes grafted allyl was blended with the unsaturated polyester resin(UPR),the ACNT/UPR composites with different ACNT contents were produced.Electrical and mechanical properties of CNT/UPR were studied.The results showed that breakdown field strength,volume resistivity,arc resistance,tensile strength,flexural strength were increased,dissipation factor was reduced when the CNT grafted allyl was added to the CNT/UPR composites.
