摘要
以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料制备了乙烯基硅树脂,并将其对市售的GN010水性硅树脂进行共缩聚改性,得到一种新型的水性硅树脂。将该树脂涂覆在马口铁表面,通过硫酸铜点蚀和盐雾实验检测,马口铁的耐蚀性能得到极大的提升。通过反射红外谱测试,证明硅树脂与马口铁发生了化学键合,形成Si—O—Fe、Si—O—Si等结构。
The novel waterborne silicon resin was prapared with GN010 silicon resin and vinyl silicon resin as starting materials.The resin was coated on tinplate and obtained dense film.FTIT,Electrochemical methods,salt spray and copper sulfate dip testing were employed to study tinplate coated by the resin.The tinplate can endured 240 sin copper sulfate dip testing and 196 hin neutral salt spray testing.The result showed the resin had excellent corrosion resistance.The Si—O—Fe bond was proved by FT-IR.
