硝酸改性活性炭纤维负载TiO_2对水中亚甲基蓝的光催化降解研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,硝酸为改性试剂,亚甲基蓝降解率作为活性评价指标,通过正交试验设计确定了TiO_2/改性ACF光催化剂的最佳改性条件。结果表明,最佳改性条件为:硝酸浓度为6mol/L,真空浸渍时间为120min,真空浸渍次数为2次,烘干温度为200℃。分别在有无紫外光照射情况下进行了重复使用实验,结果表明亚甲基蓝的降解是基于TiO_2的光催化氧化活性,使用5次后,TiO_2/改性ACF光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率仍高达99.8%以上。 In order to deal with printing wastewater effectively,the activated carbon fiber ACF modified by nitric acid and photocatalyst TiO2 were used.And the methylene blue was performed as the target pollutant.The optimum modification conditions of TiO2/ACF was determined by orthogonal experimental design.Meanwhile,the photocatalytic properties of TiO2/ACF modified by nitric acid was studied.The results showed that the catalyst had high photocatalytic activities,when the concentration of nitric acid was 6mol/L,the vacuum impregnation time was 120 min,the vacuum impregnation times were 2times,and the catalyst was dried at 200℃for 12 h.In addition,through repeated experiments with and without UV,it can be affirmed that the degradation of the methylene blue is due to photocatalytic activity on TiO2 rather than adsorption on ACF.After using 5times,the degradation efficiency of photocatalyst remained as high as 99.8%.
