自组装树枝状锐钛矿TiO_2的低温合成

Synthesis of titanium dioxide with dendritic structure by self-assemble at low temperature

摘要 以四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)作为模板剂,NH_4HCO_3作为添加剂,在乙醇-水体系中,用两步低温水热法合成了树枝状结构的纳米TiO_2。研究了NH_4HCO_3添加量和溶液中乙醇含量对TiO_2的晶粒结构影响。通过X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对合成的TiO_2的晶相结构、形貌等进行了表征。结果表明:合成的TiO_2均为锐钛矿型,TEAOH、NH4HCO3和乙醇协同作用使产品呈现树枝状结构。 Nano titanium dioxide with dendritic structure was synthesized at low temperature using two-step with tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide as a template agent and ammonium bicarbonate as an additive in ethanol solution system.The influence of ammonium bicarbonate and volume fraction of ethanol on the morphology of product was mainly studied.The crystal phase structure and morphology were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results showed that tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide,ammonium bicarbonate and ethanol worked together to make anatase titanium dioxide with dendritic structure.
