镧掺杂TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:6

Synthesis of Ag-ZnO and its photocatalyst activity

摘要 将硫酸氧钛、硝酸镧、氢氧化钠作为原料,在醇水溶液体系中制得La-TiO_2纳米晶,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、物理吸附仪、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计对样品的结构和形貌以及性能进行了表征。结果表明:制得的La-TiO_2为纯锐钛矿TiO_2,当掺杂比例为1%(摩尔比,La^+∶Ti^(4+)=1∶100)时La-TiO_2的比表面积为210m^2/g,具有介孔结构,反应时间3h,对甲基橙的降解率最大,降解率达到85.60%。 La-TiO2 nanocrystalline were obtained used EtOH-H2O solution,TiOSO4,La(NO3)3 and NaOH as raw materials.XRD,SEM,FT-IR,physical adsorption instrument and Uv-Vis near infrared spectrophotometer showed that,the volume ratio of EtOH to H2O was revealed to be the key for the crystallinity of particles,prepared La-TiO2 was pure anatase TiO2.La-TiO2 with a molar ratio of 1% had good photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange and BET was210m^2/g.It had mesoporous structure,the degradation rate of methyl orange in 3hour reached 85.60%.
