摘要
以ZnCl_2、CoCl_2·6H_2O和NaOH为原料,采用水热法制备了Co/ZnO复合材料。通过XRD、SEM等方法对制备的复合材料进行结构及形貌表征。并以Co/ZnO为光催化剂,考察其对有机污染物亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能。结果表明:过渡金属离子Co的掺入并不影响ZnO晶相的形成,Co/ZnO复合材料仍为六方晶系纤锌矿结构,且掺杂过渡金属离子Co可有效提高ZnO对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能,最高降解率可达到95.5%。
With ZnCl2,CoCl2·6H2O and NaOH as raw material,Co/ZnO composite material was prepared by hydrothermal method.By XRD and SEM to characterize the samples.Photocatalysis of methylene blue in aqueous solution was investigated by using Co/ZnO as photocatalyst.The results showed that the doped content of transition metal ions Co had no influence on the form of ZnO,Co/ZnO exhibited the hexagon wurtzite structure without any secondary phases.Co doping can improve the photocatalytic activity of ZnO greatly,the photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue with Co/ZnO as a photocatalyst was 95.5%.
