摘要
运用溶胶-凝胶法在标准聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜上构筑了(二氧化钛)TiO_2膜,然后在硬脂酸-丙酮溶液中浸泡改性,结果制得的膜呈现良好的疏水性能,最后通过一系列实验确定了改性的最优方案。同时把改性后的膜运用到膜蒸馏装置中运行,得到了膜装置运行的最优条件为:料液(NaCl溶液)浓度为15g/L,料液温度为50℃、流量为5L/h。在此条件下进行膜蒸馏的脱盐实验,结果脱盐率达到90%以上。
A new TiO2 membrane was fabricated through a sol-gel method on the standard PVDF membrane,followed by modifying with stearic acid acetone solution.The modified membrane exhibited good hydrophobic performance.A series of experiments were used to determine the optimal conditions of modified membrane.The membrane was applied to the membrane distillation device.The optimal condition about the experiment:the temperture of fluid(NaCl solution)was50℃,the flux rate was 5L/h and the flux concentration was 15g/L.After the desalination experiment of modified membrane at the optimal condition,the desalination rate can reach above 90%.
