可生物降解聚乳酸/助剂/聚丙烯复合纺粘非织造布的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丙烯(PP)为原料,以自制马来酸酐接枝物为助剂,通过综合纺丝机熔融共混制备可生物降解PLA/助剂/PP复合纺粘非织造布,研究纺丝温度、计量泵转速、热辊温度和助剂用量对非织造布物理性能的影响;对牵伸前后的纤维进行了热学性能分析。结果表明,纺丝温度170℃、计量泵转速25r/min、热辊温度60℃及助剂用量12%(wt,质量分数)为复合非织造布的最优制备工艺条件;复合纤维经过牵伸后,总结晶度得到提高。 Spun-bonded nonwoven composed by polylactic acid(PLA),polypropylene(PP)and maleic anhydride grafted objects as additives were prepared by melting blend process with composite spinning machine.The effects of process factors including spinning temperature,metering pump speed,hot roller temperature and dosage of additives on physical properties were studied.The fiber after draft was investigated by using DSC.The results showed that 170℃,25r/min,hot roller temperature 60℃ were the optimal process conditions.After draft of composite fiber,crystallinity was improved.
