摘要
秸秆炭系由植物秸秆(玉米,小麦等)在1200℃高温下气化干馏所得。探讨了不同条件(时间、用量、温度和pH值)下秸秆炭吸附苯酚性能,并对秸秆炭做了不同的改性处理,以提高其吸附性能。结果表明秸秆炭吸附苯酚的最佳条件为:苯酚与秸秆炭用量比例为0.84mg/g,温度35℃,pH=9,最佳吸附时间为5h;用双氧水改性后的秸秆炭吸附过的模拟废水中苯酚含量仅为0.47mg/L。符合GB 8978—1996排放标准。
Straw charcoal has got from straw stalk(corn,wheat,etc)by gasification and dry distillation in 1200℃.The performance of straw charcoal absorbing phenol in different conditions(time,dosage,temperature,pH value)was discussed.The straw charcoal was differently modified to improve its adsorption performance.Results showed that the best conditions for straw charcoal adsorbing phenol were:the proportion of phenol and straw carbon was 0.84mg/g,temperature was 35℃,pH value was 9,the best time was 5h.The straw charcoal modified with hydrogen peroxide treated phenol in simulation wastewater,the content reached 0.47mg/L.It conformed to the standard of 8978—1996GB.
