摘要 针对煤矿井下网络通信中传统的有线和无线传输形式存在的不足,基于MESH技术构建采煤工作面无线监控网络,实现井下工业以太网的全部覆盖,对煤矿各系统的远程监控具有重要意义。对无线MESH交换机的设计过程进行了阐述,并对其工作性能及可靠性进行了测试。结果表明,采煤工作面无线传输装置及网络工作性能稳定、可靠,效果良好。 According to the insufficient form of traditional wired network and wireless transmission in coal mine communication,wireless monitoring networks of coal face is constructed based on MESH technology,which achieves full coverage of underground industrial Ethernet,and is great significance for the remote monitoring of each coal mine system.This paper describes the design process of wireless MESH switches,and their performance and reliability are tested.The experiment shows that the wireless transmission devices and network of coal face has stable and reliable performance and good effect.
