固井水泥浆膨胀性能实验研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决水泥浆体的收缩而导致固井后环空发生油气窜的问题,在分析水泥浆膨胀作用机理的基础上,结合固井工艺技术,开展了膨胀水泥浆体系的实验研究。实验总结了三种膨胀剂G401、M53S、M59S的膨胀性能,分别分析了其对水泥浆性能的影响,在此基础上,配制出了具有良好的胶结强度和抗气窜性的膨胀水泥浆体系,现场应用效果良好,值得进一步推广。 In order to solve the problem of annular gas channeling after cementing,as the shrinkage of cement slurry,based on the analysis of the slurry expansion mechanism,and combined with the cementing technology,the experimental research on the expansive cement slurry system was carried out.The dilatabilities of the G401,M53 S,M59S sweller were summarized,the influences of these swellers on slurry performance were analyzed.On this basis,the expansive cement slurry system which has good cementing strength and resistance of gas channeling was developed and field application effects were good,and had the promotion prospects.
