多级分簇射孔桥塞联作技术在新疆油田应用与异常处理方法 被引量:14

摘要 随着新疆油田勘探开发的深入,近年来致密油逐步成为勘探开发的重点。由于致密油的特点决定了必须采用大规模压裂改造的手段进行开采,分段压裂改造可以大幅度提高致密油的单井产量。多级分簇射孔桥塞联作技术可以为分段大规模压裂提供射孔技术支持,通过对多级分段射孔桥塞联作工艺技术原理和在新疆油田的应用情况及异常事件处理方法进行论述,介绍了多级分段射孔桥塞联作多种控制技术和现场施工经验,为该项技术的顺利应用提供借鉴。 With the exploration and development of Xinjiang oilfield,tight oil has gradually become the focus of exploration and development in recent years.In consideration of the characteristics of tight oil,it is necessary to adopt large scale fracturing,which improves the per-well production of tight oil.Multi-stage segmented perforation bridge plug technology could provide support for piecewise large-scale fracturing perforating technology.The principle and application and abnormal event processing methods of multi-stage segmented perforation bridge plug combined technology were discussed in Xinjiang Oilfield,the multi-stage segmented perforation bridge plug combined control technology and experience in the well-site were introduced.It provided a reference for successful application of the technology.
