摘要
为了解决整体式卡瓦设计断裂压力过大或过小的问题,进行了整体式卡瓦断裂的试验研究,获得了不同开槽长度下整体式卡瓦的断裂压力,并与理论计算的设计断裂压力进行对比分析,结果表明,在不同开槽长度下,整体式卡瓦设计断裂压力均大于试验断裂压力。基于整体式卡瓦的试验断裂压力,建立了断裂压力与开槽长度之间的拟合关系式T=0.045l^2-7.38l+291.88,为整体式卡瓦断裂压力的设计提供了参考依据。
In order to solve the design problems of high or low rupture pressure about integral slip,the rupture experiment of integral slip was carried out,the rupture pressure of integral slip under different slot length was obtained.Through contrastive analysis of the rupture pressure from design and experiment,the results showed that the designed rupture pressure was greater than the experiment rupture pressure under different slot length.Based on the experiment rupture pressure of integral slip,a fitting relationship between the fracture pressure and slotted length was established,that is T = 0.045l2-7.38 l + 291.88.Thereforethe experiment rupture pressure could provide a reference for the rupture pressure design of integral slip.
