摘要
针对气体钻井设备在高温、严寒环境下频频出现启动困难、非正常停机等问题,对气体钻井设备进行了技术改造。通过优选散热方式及改造散热布局、更换散热片、安装设备配套保温设施、搭建设备防砂保温棚等方法,彻底改变了气体钻井设备的使用现状。现场使用情况表明,通过对气体钻井设备的技术改造,气体设备在高温、严寒及大风天气下工作正常,设备未发生异常报警或故障,节省了设备配件更换费用和维修费用,提高了设备完好率,有效保障了气体钻井实现提速提效的目的。
According to the problems of starting difficult,abnormal shutdown under high temperature and cold environment,the gas drilling equipment was transformed.By optimizing the heat-dissipating method and changing the heat dissipation layout,replacing heat sink,and installing heat-preservation facilities,the using status of the gas drilling equipment has been completely changed.Field application results showed that the reformed gas drilling equipment could work normally under the condition of high temperature,cold and windy weather,the cost of equipment replacement and maintenance was saved,the equipment intact rate was improved,and the goal of increase speed for gas drilling was ensured.
