摘要
研究了不同石墨含量和粒度对铜-镀铜石墨复合材料的微观组织结构、物理性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,随石墨含量的增大,材料的密度、抗弯强度减小,电阻率增大。小颗粒石墨复合材料具有较高密度,而大颗粒石墨复合材料的电导率和摩擦磨损性能更好。
In this paper,effects of copper-coated graphite content and particle size on the microstructure,physical and mechanical properties of the Cu / copper-coated graphite composite were studied. The results show that with the graphite content increased,the density,bending strength of material are reduced and the resistivity is increased. In Cu / Copper-coated graphite composite,the smaller particles have a higher density. However,the larger particles show well friction and wear behaviors,and they have a higher electrical conductivity than the smaller particles.
