HEMA单体体系下的铜粉非水基凝胶注模

摘要 本文主要研究了在以HEMA为单体的非水基凝胶体系中单体含量和交联剂含量对铜粉坯体性能的影响,以及单体含量对烧结体性能的影响,并且确定了最佳的单体含量以及交联剂含量,分别为36 Vol.%和3.6 Vol.%。此时烧结体的致密度为70.4%,体积收缩率为18.12%。 In this study,non-aqueous gel system with HEMA as monomer was used to make copper products,and the effect of monomer and crosslinker on green body was studied,as well,the effect of monomer on sintered body was studied also. At final,the optimum content of monomer and crosslinker are determined as 36 Vol. % and 3. 6 Vol. %respectively. In this case,the relative density of sintered body is 70. 4% and volume shrinkage is 18. 12%.
