摘要 鉴于水雾化工艺比气雾化与化学法可节约成本,长期以来,在粉末注射成形工艺中使用水雾化粉末,一直是个值得注意的领域,在这个研究课题中,研究了水雾化Fe-2Ni粉末在研磨与接收状态下的烧结特性.研究了粒度、含碳量、加热速率、烧结温度与气氛的变化.结果表明,除了烧结温度与气氛的变化外,对烧结体的密度影响最要的因素是颗粒大小、加热速率及表面的化学性质.研磨可改变表面的化学性质与减小颗粒大小,这二者都会使烧结件的密度增高。 The use of water atomized powders in powder injection molding processes has long been an area of interest because of the cost savings afforded by the water atomization process over gas atomiration and chemical methods. In this study,water atomized Fe-2Ni powder is investigated for sintering response in the milled and as-received conditions. Variations in particle size. carbon content. heating rate. sintering temperature,and almosphere were studied. The findings indicate that,aside from sintering temperature,the most important factors influencing the sintered density arc the particle size. heatting rate. and surface chemistry. Mmilling alters the Surface chemistry and decreases the particlcs size. both of which serve to increase shltered density.
