摘要
亚温淬火是一种低成本高效的热处理工艺,通过亚温淬火钢的组织和性能均得到大大改善。本文采用力学性能测试并借助光学显微镜研究了亚温淬火工艺对15 mm厚的控轧控冷态EH36级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,亚温淬火后船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,其硬度、塑性明显提高,尤其是低温冲击性能有较明显的改善。随着淬火温度的升高,晶粒长大而冲击性能下降。
Subcritical quenching is a kind of heat treatment process with low cost and high efficiency. The microstructure and performance of the steel are greatly improved by subcritical quenching. The effects of subcritical quenching process on the microstructure and performance of controlled rolling and controlled cooling EH36 ship plate steel with the thickness of 15 mm were studied by mechanical properties test and optical microscope. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the steel after subcritical quenching treatment is improved greatly. Its hardness and plasticity are improved obviously, especially the low temperature impact properties are improved obviously. With the increase of quenching temperature, the grain grows, and the impact properties decrease.
