摘要 目的探讨尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)患者朗格汉斯细胞(Langerhans cell,LC)形态学改变与其复发的相关性。方法观察正常包皮、尖锐湿疣初发和复发患者皮损组织中朗格汉斯细胞的形态、数量和分布,并对其CD1a表达强度进行分析。结果 CA组织中LC胞体较小,树突状突起明显减少、缩短或消失;分布偏向表皮下层,数目减少;染色强度降低;这些变化在复发组尤其明显。结论人类乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)的感染可能减少了局部LC的数量,也削弱了LC的免疫功能,这与尖锐湿疣的复发可能有相关性。 Objective To study the relationship between the morphological changes of Langerhans cells(LC)and the mechanism of recurrence of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods The morphology,numbers and distribution of LC were observed in skin samples of the control group,primary CA group and recurrent CA group,and the expression of CD1a were analyzed by graphic software.Results LC in primary CA were smaller,and the number of dendritic processes were significantly reduced,shortened and in certain incidents disappeared. The distribution of LC showed a tendency to the lower epidermis,the staining intensity decreased significantly,and changes were especially evident in the recurrent CA.Conclution The infection of human papillomavirus(HPV)may not only reduce the amount of local LC,but also weakened the immune function of LC,which maybe correlated with the recurrence of CA.
