综合医院住院患者梅毒感染情况分析

Analysis of Syphilis Infection in General Hospital Among Inpatients

目的分析梅毒在综合医院住院患者中的患病特点,为防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集贵州地区一家三级甲等综合医院2011年-2013年住院患者梅毒血清学检查(TPPA,RPR)结果以及性别、年龄、职业、住院科室等资料,并对资料进行分析。结果 182 753例住院患者样本,TPPA阳性而RPR阴性的患者梅毒感染率为6.00‰,TPPA和RPR均阳性的患者梅毒感染率为2.17‰。梅毒感染患者中男性886例,女性625例,男女比例为1.42:1,男性梅毒检出率高于女性,不同性别检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2011-2013年度住院患者梅毒检出率分别为7.17‰,6.47‰和10.71‰,住院梅毒感染者主要集中在40岁以上人群,占其中22.03‰。结论 2011-2013年度住院患者梅毒感染率有上升趋势,住院患者中梅毒检测TPPA阳性而RPR阴性的患者梅毒感染率比TPPA阳性且RPR阳性的患者梅毒感染率高。临床上需加强对住院患者梅毒血清学的检测,并对梅毒检测TPPA阳性且RPR阴性的患者长期随访,以降低梅毒感染率。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of inpatients with syphilis in the general hospital and provide scientific bases for prophylaxis and treatment in the future. Methods To analyze the data of the syphilis tests（TPPA, RPR）, concerned gender, age, career, hospital departments in Guizhou provincial people＇s hospital from 2011 to 2013. Results This study collects 182753 samples of inpatients, the syphilis infection rate of TPPA positive and RPR negative was 6.00‰, The syphilis infection rate of TPPA positive and RPR positive was 2.17‰.The number of male inpatients is 886, and that of female is 625. Therefore, the rate is 1.42： 1. It is obvious that there are more male patients than female ones. In other words, such data have clear statistical meanings in that,P〈0.01. The syphilis infection rate of inpatients from 2011 to 2013 was 7.17‰,6.47‰,10.71‰. The syphilis infection rate of inpatients over 40 years old age group was 22.03‰.Conclusion The syphilis infection rate of inpatients from 2011 to 2013 was increased year by year. The syphilis infection rate of TPPA positive and RPR negative was higher than TPPA positive and RPR positive.It is necessary to strengthen the detection of syphilis in hospitalized patients,and long-term follow-up of patients with TPPA positive and RPR negative,to reduce the rate of syphilis infection.
