斑块状皮脂腺增生1例
摘要
患者男，25岁。前额出现包块皮损，无自觉症状5年余。患者于5年前无明显诱因突发前额豆大斑块，自觉无不适，未作特殊处理，皮损逐渐增大，至就诊时已如小儿掌大。病前无特殊外伤史，否认化学物质接触及长期服用、外用糖皮质激素药物史，父母非近亲婚配，家族中无类似患者。
