盐酸美他环素联合丹参酮治疗面部轻、中度寻常痤疮98例临床观察

Effect of Metacycline Hydrochloride and Tanshinone in 98 Patients with Mild to Moderate Acne Vulgaris

目的观察盐酸美他环素联合丹参酮治疗面部轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的200例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,全部患者口服丹参酮,治疗组还同时口服盐酸美他环素,疗程均为6周,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗6周后,治疗组脱落2例,有效率77.55%;对照组脱落3例,有效率62.89%,两组患者的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者都未出现严重不良反应。结论盐酸美他环素联合丹参酮治疗面部轻、中度寻常痤疮疗效较好,不良反应轻微。

Objective To observe the efficacy of metacycline hydrochloride combined with tanshinone in treating mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods A randomized clinical trial was conducted. 200 patients with mild to moder- ate acne vulgaris in accordance with the random number table were divided into test group and control group. Patients in test group were treated by oral metacycline hydrochloride and tanshinone for 6 weeks. In control group , patients were treated by oral tanshinone for 6 weeks. Results 200 patients were enrolled in this study, and 195 patients were valid for evaluation of efficacy at the end of study. After treatment for 6 weeks, the effec- tive rate in the test group was 77.55%, and the control group was 62. 89% respectively（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in all patients. Conclusion Metaeycline hydrochloride combined with tanshinone is effective and safe for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
