摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC技术、组态技术、Historian数据库技术和通信技术的设备运行统计分析方法。利用ifix组态软件内部集成的微软的VBA开发环境,将i Fix驱动采集到的现场数据进行压缩、存储、调用、计算,并展示到自动化平台画面上,解决了常规报表因格式和功能单一而不能实现统计分析设备运行状况的瓶颈,达到了准确统计现场设备的运行时长和开停时间的目的 ,方便技术人员及时了解设备运行状态,有计划地执行检修任务,保障生产顺利进行。对于煤矿提高生产调度、决策指挥的信息化水平具有重要意义。
This article describes a method of statistical analysis equipment which is base on PLC technology, configuration technology, Historian database technology and communication technology. In the Microsoft's VBA development environment integrated in iFix configuration software, collected are field data compressed, stored, recalled, calculated, and finally displayed on the screen of the automation platform. It solves the bottleneck that the general report because of the format and single features cannot accomplish statistical analysis of state of equipment operation, and achieves the purpose of accurate statistical field devices operating duration and time between on and off. It makes convenient that the technical staff can understand the equipment running status in time and perform maintenance task to ensure smooth production according to plan. It is significant to improve coal mine production scheduling and information level of decision and command.
