摘要
目的分析规范化培训在护士评判性思维能力中的应用,探讨其影响因素,为护理教育提供参考。方法将参加工作1-3年50名护士按照学历不同分为中专和大专两组,记录两组护士的的CTDI-DV得分;将50名护士按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,研究组采用特殊教育课程进行培训,对照组采用常规传统培训,培训后通过评判性思维能力测试表进行评分,观察对比两组护士的CTDI-DV得分情况。结果大专学历护士的评判性思维总分高于中专学历,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),研究组的评判性思维评测总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且研究组的亚类型项目分数均高于对照组的分数,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论学习教育有助于培养护士评判性思维能力,加强对护士进行特殊教育课程,是提高护士评判性思维能力的重要方式,应重视对低年资护士的专门训练。
Objective To analyze the application of standardized training in the nurses' critical thinking ability,and to explore the influencing factors and provide reference for nursing education. Methods 50 nurses according to different record of formal schooling were divided into two groups of secondary and tertiary.The nurses' CTDI-DV score of two groups were recorded.All the 50 nurses were divided into the study group and the control group according to a random number table,the study group were treated with special education curriculum training,the control group were treated with routine training.The ability of critical thinking test scale score were recorded and observed,the nurses' score of CTDI-DV of two groups were compared. Results The critical thinking score of tertiary education was higher than the secondary education nurses,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),the evaluation of critical thinking score of study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the sub-type scores of project in the study group were higher than the the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Learning education helps train nurses critical thinking ability,we must strengthen special education programs for nurses,it is an important way to improve the ability of critical thinking nurses,it should focus on low-seniority nurses specialized training.
