奥沙利铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床效果观察

The clinical effect observation of oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel on treating advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨奥沙利铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月~2014年6月本院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例,观察组PO方案:紫杉醇150 mg/m^2,第1天;奥沙利铂130mg/m^2,第2天,每21天为1个周期重复。对照组TP方案:紫杉醇150 mg/m^2,第1天;顺铂75mg/m^2,第2天,28d为1个周期重复。对所有患者随访1年,比较两组疾病控制率、无疾病进展时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疾病控制率为62.5%,观察组疾病控制率为25.0%,观察组疾病控制率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组无疾病进展持续时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生骨髓抑制、消化道症状以及心脏毒性和对患者听力的影响的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合紫杉醇治疗晚期宫颈癌,毒性反应少,耐受性高,临床效果更理想。

Objective To explore and discuss the clinical curative effect of oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel on treating advanced cervical cancer. Methods 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated from January 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to random digital method, 40 cases in each group, the observation group received PO plan： 150 mg/m^2 paclitaxel for the first day, 130 mg/m^2 oxaliplatin for the second day, there were every 21 days for a repetitive cycle. While the control group received TP plan： 150 mg/m^2 paclitaxel for the first day, 75mg/m^2 cisplatin for the second day, there were every 28 days for a repetitive cycle. All patients were followed for one year, the disease control rate, progression free survival time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the disease control rate was 62.5%, which was significantly higher than the 25.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）, the progression free survival time was significantly longer than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the myelosuppression, and the proportion of alimentary symptoms, cardiac toxicity and impact on patients＇ hearing were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionOxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel on treating advanced cervical cancer had less toxic reaction and high tolerance, whose clinical effect was more ideal.
