IGT不同干预措施对2型糖尿病预防的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of IGT different interventions of type 2 diabetes prevention

目的探讨血糖耐量受损不同干预措施对2型糖尿病预防的临床价值。方法选取樟木头医院2012年12月-2013年12月诊治的IGT患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为三组,A组60例实施单纯生活干预,B组60例实施单纯药物干预,C组60例实施综合干预,比较各组干预效果。结果干预后,各组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、舒张压、收缩压、体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围降低（P〈0.05）。B组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、舒张压、收缩压、体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围、糖尿病发病率、并发症发生率、相对危险度低于A组（P〈0.05）。C组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、舒张压、收缩压、体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围、糖尿病发病率、并发症发生率、相对危险度低于A组和B组（P〈0.05）。结论与单纯生活干预、单纯药物干预相比,综合干预2型糖尿病的预防效果更佳,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value analysis of IGT different interventions of type 2 diabetes prevention. Methods 180 IGT patients were selected in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013,and the patients were divided into three groups by the random number table method.60 cases in A group with the implementation of simple life intervention.60 cases in B group with the implementation of simple drug intervention.60 cases in C group with the implementation of comprehensive intervention.Intervention effects of each group were compared. Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceri des,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,weight,body mass index,waist circumference, hip circumference of the three groups were reduced（P〈0.05）.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h glucose,total cholestero l,triglycerides,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,incidence of diabetes,complication rate,relative risk of B group were lower than those of A group（P〈0.05）.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,incidence of diabetes,complication rate,relative risk of C group were lower than those of A and B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the simple life intervention and simple drug intervention,the preventive effect of comprehensive intervention of type 2 diabetes was better,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
