泌尿系结石病患者中代谢综合征与结石复发的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of metabolic syndrome and recurrence of stones in patients with urinary calculi

目的探索分析代谢综合征和泌尿系结石患者疾病复发之间的相关性。方法将我院收治的150例泌尿系结石病患者作为研究对象,将其中75例具有代谢综合征患者作为研究组,75例无代谢综合征患者作为对照组,观察随访24个月,分析两组相关检测指标差异及结石疾病复发的差异。结果两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、高脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标比较差异均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组总胆固醇(TCHO)、低脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等其他检测指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组结石复发率为56.00%,显著高于对照组的40.00%;接受为期2年的观察随访,研究组结石平均复发时间显著少于对照组。结论代谢综合征属于泌尿系结石病复发的独立性危险因素,针对合并有代谢综合征患者实施结石复发预防,必须重视针对代谢综合征的治疗。

Objective To explore the correlation between the metabolic syndrome（MS） and the recurrence of the disease in patients with urinary calculi. Methods 150 patients with urinary calculi cured in our hospital were selected as the research object. Among them 75 patients with metabolic syndrome were selected as the study group, 75 patients without metabolic syndrome patients were selected as the control group. Given a follow up of 24 months, the differences between the two groups of correlation detection indexes and the recurrence of gallstone disease were analyzed. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index（BMI）, fasting blood glucose（FBG）, three TG, high lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and other related differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.And total cholesterol（TCHO）, low fat protein cholesterol（LDL-C） and other indicators were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate of stones in the study group was 56%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 40%. After 2 years of follow-up, the average recurrence time of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion Metabolic syndrome was an independent risk factor for recurrence of urinary calculi. For the prevention of stone recurrence in patients with metabolic syndrome, we must pay attention to the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
