生物刺激回馈仪结合经会阴超声诊治阴道分娩后盆底功能障碍的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究阴道分娩后盆底功能障碍患者应用会阴超声诊断结合生物刺激回馈仪治疗的临床疗效。方法对我院89例阴道分娩后盆底功能障碍患者进行研究分析,按产后时间不同分为研究组与观察组,其中产后6周45例,产后14周44例,均给予生物刺激回馈仪治疗;同时选取40例同期未育的妇女作对照组;受试者均应用超声经会阴探查;观察三组患者在不同状态下盆膈裂孔左右径、前后径以及面积等变化情况,比较三组图像的各种指标之间的相关性和差异性。结果对照组静息状态下、Valsalva状态下超声检测盆膈裂孔指标与研究组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与观察组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组与观察组两组患者治疗前盆底收缩能力评分无明显差异,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后盆底收缩能力评分高于研究组,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物刺激回馈仪治疗盆底功能障碍,疗效显著,可改善其盆底收缩能力,经会阴超声诊断确切,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore clinical curative effect of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction after vaginal delivery by using biological stimulation feedback instrument combined with perineal ultrasound. Methods 89 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction after vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected as object of the study, which were divided into research group and observation group according to different postpartum time, 45 cases of postpartum 6 weeks, and 44 cases of postpartum 14 weeks. All patients in the two groups were treated with biofeedback therapy. At the same time, 40 cases of the same period of nulliparous women were selected as control group. All subjects were tested by ultrasound. The changes of the left and right diameter, front and back diameter and area of the three groups were observed, and the correlation and difference between the various indexes of the three groups of images were compared. Results Comparing with study group, the indexes of Ultrasound pelvic diaphragm hiatus of control group in the resting state and valsalva state were significantly different, with statistical significance(P 0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with observation group(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in pelvic floor contraction capacity score of the research group and observation group before treatment, but the difference was significant, before and after treatment, statistically significant(P 0.05). Pelvic floor contraction ability score of the observation group after treatment was higher than the research group. There was no statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Biological stimulation feedback instrument in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction had a remarkable effect, could improve the pelvic floor contraction ability, and the ultrasonic diagnosis was accurate, its application value was higher.
