宫腔电切镜下子宫内膜切除术治疗异常子宫出血的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding by endoscopic resection of the uterine cavity

目的观察异常子宫出血患者行宫腔电切镜下子宫内膜切除术（HER）治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月~2013年6月,在我科行HER的患者共98例为观察对象,术后随访症状的改善情况。结果 HER手术总有效率为92.86%;术后PBAC评分较术前明显降低（P〈0.01）;术后HGB较术前明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论 HER治疗异常子宫出血安全有效。

Objective To observe the abnormal uterine bleeding in patients with uterine cavity transurethral endoscopic resection of the endometrium（HER） treatment clinical curative effect. Methods From June 2013 to January 2012, a total of 98 patients with HER in our department were selected as the observation object, and the improvement of the symptoms was observed. Results The total effective rate of HER was 92.86%, and the postoperative PBAC score was significantly lower than that of P 0.01, and the postoperative HGB was significantly higher than that of P 0.05. Conclusion HER is safe and effective in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
