健脾活血软肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的综合护理干预

The comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with Jianpi Huoxue Ruangan decoction

目的探讨健脾活血软肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)的综合护理干预临床效果。方法将98例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者,全部给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱(易善复)胶囊,450mg/次,2次/d,并加用口服健脾活血软肝汤,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组49例给予一般基础护理;观察组49例在对照组基础上实施优质综合护理干预措施,并比较两组的临床干预效果。结果观察组治疗后BMI(19.15±2.29)kg/m^2显著的低于治疗前(24.97±1.82)kg/m^2(t=2.835,P<0.05),而观察组治疗后BMI(19.15±2.29)kg/m^2显著的低于对照组(24.37±2.06)kg/m2(t=2.746,P<0.05),观察组治疗后TC、TG分别是(3.46±1.02)mmol/L、(1.28±0.54)mmol/L而均明显地低于对照组的(3.87±0.69)mmol/L、(1.69±0.63)mmol/L(分别t=1.815、t=1.697,P<0.05),观察组的总有效率为95.92%而显著的高于对照组的75.51%(χ~2=4.3499,P<0.05)。结论健脾活血软肝汤联合多稀磷脂酰胆碱治疗NAFLD并实施优质综合护理干预措施,能够显著地改善临床疗效症状及体征,明显改善肝功能指标,促进疾病转归,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） with Jianpi Huoxue Ruangan decoction. Methods 98 cases of non alcoholic fatty liver disease patients were given the multi- phosphatidylcholine（Yi Shanfu） capsules, 450mg/ times, 2 times /d, combined with oral Jianpi Huoxue Ruangan decoction. According to the digital table method, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. 49 cases in the control group were given general basic nursing. On the basis of the control group, the observation group of 49 cases was given quality comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The clinical intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the observation group BMI（19.15±2.29） kg/m^2, which was significantly lower than before treatment（24.97±1.82） kg/m^2（t=2.835, P 0.05）, was significantly lower than the control group（24.37±2.06 kg/m^2（t=2.746, P 0.05）. After treatment, TC, TG of the observation group were（3.46±1.02） mmol/L and（1.28±0.54） mmol/L, which were respectively significantly lower than that of the control group（3.87±0.69） mmol/L,（1.69±0.63） mmol/L（t=1.815, t=1.697, P 0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 95.92% and significantly higher than that of the control group in 75.51%（χ~2=4.3499, P 0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Huoxue Ruangan decoction combined with multi dilute phosphatidylcholine and the implementation of quality and comprehensive nursing intervention measures for treatment of NAFLD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve liver function index, and promote the disease prognosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
