2015年登封市教职工健康体检结果分析

Analysis of physical examination results of teaching staff in Dengfeng city in 2015

目的分析2015年登封市教职工整体健康体检结果,了解教职工健康状况,促进教师自我健康管理。方法 2015年9~10月,依据中华医学会健康管理学分会《健康体检基本项目专家共识》,对登封市6716名教职工进行健康体检。对血压、血脂、血糖、脂肪肝体检结果进行分析。结果 6716名教职工,2147名总胆固醇升高,占31.97%;1870名教职工血压升高,占27.84%;732名血糖升高,占10.9%;2276名脂肪肝,占33.89%。男教职工总胆固醇升高率、血压升高率、血糖升高率及脂肪肝发生率均显著高于女性教职工（P〈0.01）。结论登封市教职工整体＂三高＂发生率偏高,尤其是男性教职工,在工作中,一方面要加强教职工相关健康教育,促进教师自我健康管理;另一方面要加强健康体检,做好疾病预防,改善整体教职工队伍的健康状况。

Objective To analyze physical examination results of teaching staff in Dengfeng City in 2015, to know the health status of teaching staff, and to promote teachers＇ self health management. Methods In 2015 Nov- Dec, on the basis of Health Management Association of Chinese Medical Association The basic physical examination project expert consensus, health examination for 6716 teaching staff in Dengfeng City was taken. The blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, and fatty liver physical examination results were analyzed. Results Of 6716 teaching staff, total cholesterol of 2147 cases rose, accounted for 31.97%; Blood pressure of 1870 cases rose, accounted for 27.84%; Fasting blood glucose of 732 cases rose, accounted for 10.9%;2276 cases were of fatty liver, accounted for 33.89%. High TC, hypertension, hyperglycemia and fatty liver rates in male staff were significantly higher than those in female staff（P 0.01）. Conclusion ＂Three high＂ rates in the teaching staff in Dengfeng City are high, especially the male staff. On the one hand, the staff related health education should be strengthen to promote teachers＇ self health management; On the other hand, physical examination should be strengthen to prevent illness, and improve the overall health of the teaching staff.
