C臂引导经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗对股骨颈骨折患者骨代谢及机体应激的影响观察

Observation on the influence of percutaneous hollow screw fixation guided by C arm X-Ray machine for the bone metablism and body stress of patients with femoral neck fractures

目的观察及研究C臂引导经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗对股骨颈骨折患者骨代谢及机体应激的影响程度。方法选取2014年2月~2015年12月本院收治的56例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组28例和观察组28例,对照组进行股骨置换术治疗,观察组则以C臂引导经皮空心螺钉内固定进行治疗,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后1周、4周及12周的血清骨代谢指标、炎性应激及其他应激指标进行检测及比较。结果治疗前两组的血清骨代谢指标、炎性应激及其他应激指标均无统计学差异（P均〉0.05）,而治疗后1周、4周及12周观察组的血清骨代谢指标均高于对照组,血清炎性应激及其他应激指标则均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论 C臂引导经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗对股骨颈骨折患者骨代谢及机体应激的影响更为积极,对于促进骨折的尽快愈合及改善机体的不良应激均发挥出更为积极的作用。

Objective To observe and study the influence degree of percutaneous hollow screw fixation guided by C arm X-Ray machine for the bone metablism and body stress of patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods 56 patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study object, and they were divided into control group 28 cases and observation group 28 cases according to the random number table,the control group were treated with femoral replacement, the observation group were treated with percutaneous hollow screw fixation guided by C arm X-Ray machine, then the serum bone metablism indexes, inflammatory stress and other stress indexes of two groups before the treatment and at first, forth and twelfth week after the treatment were detected and compared. Results The serum bone metablism indexes, inflammatory stress and other stress indexes of two groups before the treatment all had no significant differences（all P 0.05）, while the serum bone metablism indexes of observation group at first, forth and twelfth week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the serum inflammatory stress and other stress indexes were all lower than those of control group, the differences were all significant（all P 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of percutaneous hollow screw fixation guided by C arm X-Ray machine for the bone metablism and body stress of patients with femoral neck fractures are more active,and it has more active role for the healing of fractures and improvement of bad stress of body.
