摘要
目的探讨分析股骨远端C3型骨折手术中应用微创固定系统的有效性。方法 2010年10月~2015年10月期间,于我院选取90例股骨远端C3型骨折患者作为研究对象,并根据其手术治疗方案的不同而分为两组,其中对照组45例予以股骨踝支持接骨板治疗,研究组45例予以微创固定系统治疗,比较两组的有效性。结果研究组在手术时间及术中出血量方面,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);两组骨折愈合时间无明显区别,差异比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);研究组临床疗效总优良率91.11%,明显高于对照组(75.55%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用微创固定系统手术治疗股骨远端C3型骨折,疗效确切,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of less invasive stabilization system using in the operation of type C3 distal femoral fractures. Methods 90 patients with type C3 distal femoral fractures cured in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects, which were divided into control group and study group according to the different surgical treatment options, 45 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with femur ankle support plate surgery. Patients in control group were treated with less invasive stabilization system surgery. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Operation time and intraoperative blood loss of study group were significantly lower than those of control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 0.01). There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05). Total good rate of bed of study group(91.11%) was significantly higher than that of control group(75.55%). The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of less invasive stabilization system using in the operation of type C3 distal femoral fractures was exact, which was worthy of further promoting.
