中医心身医学理论在健康体检慢性疾病管理中的应用

心身医学是现代医学越来越关注的问题,中医独特的整体观念、辨证论治和人们健康观的改变,促使中医心身医学的提出。健康体检是指对个体或群体的健康进行全面监测,对发现的疾病及时处理,起到未雨绸缪的作用。在健康体检中发现许多慢性疾病,需要长期的治疗及调养,采用中医心身医学理论可以极好的对慢性疾病进行调治。如何运用心身医学理论推广慢性病预防、早诊早治和规范治疗,推动医疗模式转变是本文研究重点。中医心身医学为检后慢性疾病管理带来了一种新的研究思路,值得进一步挖掘和提高。

Psychosomatic medicine was more and more concerned by modern medicine. The whole concept of Chinese medicine, the treatment of syndrome differentiation and the change of people＇s health concept promoted the development of psychosomatic medicine theory of Chinese medicine. Health examination referred to the health of individuals or groups to carry out a comprehensive monitoring to discover the disease in time, which played a proactive role. Many chronic diseases were found in health examination, which needed long-term treatment and recuperation. Psychosomatic medicine theory of Chinese medicine was excellent for treating chronic diseases. This paper focused on the research of methods of applying the theory of psychosomatic medicine to promote the prevention of chronic diseases, early diagnosis and standard treatment to push health care model. Psychosomatic medicine theory of Chinese medicine brought a new way of thinking for the management of chronic disease after examination.It was worth further digging and improving.
