摘要
设计并实现了一个基于突发模式的实时OFDM-PON上行链路系统,该系统使用现有商用器件,采用强度调制和直接检测方法,实现了OFDM信号在PON系统中突发传输。该平台支持7d B的动态范围,并且能够根据信道质量分配子载波调制方式。系统在接收光功率为-14d Bm的信道条件下,能够支持8Gb/s的传输速率,相应的光功率预算为22.5d B。
The paper proposed and implemented an architecture of real-time OFDM-PON uplink system based on burst mode. The system used intensity modulation and direct detection (IM/DD) and achieved OFDM sig- nals burst transmission in PON with available commercial device. The system supports 7dB dynamic range and can adjust the modulation level of each subcarrier according to its channel condition. When the received optical power was -14dBm, the system could support 8Gbps transmission rate and reserved 22.5dB optical power budget.
